No. Partymaker charges 0% commission — organizers keep 100% of the ticket price they set.
You pay exactly the ticket price the organizer set. Card payments carry a small at-cost processing fee (Stripe's own charge, passed through with no markup) — shown on screen before you check out, never added afterward.
A guestlist pass is a free ($0) entry invite from the organizer or a DJ on their roster. A friendlist pass is a reduced-price entry tier — you can pre-pay it online or pay the same reduced price in cash or by card at the door.
Every ticket, guestlist invite, and friendlist pass you hold shows up as a QR code in your pass wallet. Flash it at the door and check-in is instant — if a camera's down, each pass also has a short backup code door staff can enter by hand.
Every extra ticket from the same purchase shows up alongside your own pass in your wallet, so you can pull up and show every QR code for your group without anyone else needing an account.
