By creating a Partymaker account or purchasing a ticket through Partymaker, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Organizer accounts may create organizations, invite members, and manage events; attendee accounts (ticket holders) get a pass wallet across every organization that has issued them a ticket or guestlist entry.
Don't use Partymaker to harass attendees, scrape data via the API, circumvent ticket purchase limits, or resell guestlist/ friendlist entries obtained without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Ticket purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices, refund policy, and entry terms for a specific event are set by that event's organizer, not Partymaker. A purchased pass is tied to the purchaser's contact record and is not transferable unless the organizer says otherwise.
Checkout shows a separate "Payment Processing Charge" alongside the ticket price — an estimate of the cost of accepting your card payment, passed through at cost. Partymaker keeps no commission or markup on ticket sales (0% platform fee); this charge only covers payment processing. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Online purchases in the EU normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Two exceptions apply to Partymaker:
Event tickets:under Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, tickets to an event with a specific date are exempt from the withdrawal right. Refunds and cancellations for a ticket are governed by that event's organizer, per Section 4.
PRO subscriptions:if you request immediate access to a paid subscription before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge and agree, per Art. 16(m), that you lose your right of withdrawal once we've started providing the service.
Organization PRO subscriptions bill on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from Account Settings → Manage Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Partymaker's software, design, and branding are owned by us. Content you or your organization upload (event details, contact lists) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.
We may aggregate data generated through your use of Partymaker — including your organization's name alongside attendance counts and ticket-sales totals tied to a venue — across organizations, to build recommendations about the venues you use and to inform our own business decisions and strategic planning regarding venues used on the platform. This never includes attendee-identifiable records (names, emails, phone numbers), which are never sold or shared outside Partymaker.
Partymaker is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from event planning decisions, door operations, or third-party payment processing failures, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3.
We may update these Terms. Material changes require existing users to review and re-accept before continuing to use Partymaker.
